changing the location of the logo, some edits

Question

I put the logo of institution in the place of sharepoint left side icon.
My question is: How Can I put the logo in the right hand side in sharepoint modern page? And How I can make it's size bigger?
Another question: How can I disable the top ribbon in the modern pages? As In the old sharepoint when I want to hide something I add a script for it.
Another question: How can I create my own header in modern sharepoint page? that contains navigation words?
Another question: How to remove comment from the page?

With SharePoint Online Modern sites, it is discouraged to modify elements with SharePoint Framework extensions that enable direct CSS or JS modifications. However, line items one through three that you're asking for are fully unsupported and will break as the DOM changes over time.

Disabling comments can be done, either at the individual page level by turning the comment slider off or at the tenant level, disabling comments for all pages in the SharePoint Online tenant.

To disable at the tenant level:
Go to https://<tenantName>-admin.sharepoint.com/
Click on Settings -> Pages. Unselect 'Allow commenting on modern pages', then OK

At the page level:
Edit the page, scroll to the bottom, then toggle the Comments slider; finally, republish the page.
