Microsoft Project Plan 3 PDF Export

Using the zoom function takes the extents either way outside or too inside my timeline. How can I calibrate the export?

Alternatively, is there any way to export to Excel and then back into Project (I have the app)?

It's seems completely broken to me - i just need to export it to a pdf that doesn't look completely weird, and worry that I've wasted my time here :(

Note the “Import from Planner” function in MS Project isn't there - what am I doing wrong?

    Dear Rohan Miller,

Thank you for reaching out with your questions regarding Microsoft Project Plan 3. I understand that you are experiencing issues with the PDF export and the "Import from Planner" function. To assist you better, I need to gather some additional information:

    • Could you please confirm whether you are using Project for Web, Project Online, or the Project desktop app?
    • You mentioned that the PDF file looks completely weird. Are you referring to the timeline specifically? If not, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue?

Once I have this information, I will be able to provide more accurate assistance.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards,
