    1. personal account
    2. Correct Microsoft account on Desktop, iPad & iPhone.
    3. No device(s) changed
    4. The missing notes only visible when I am accessing via web browser.
    5. Checked this point already with no luck, only one location in my app folder (Desktop)

    Hi @B.T,

Good day to you! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Support. I understand you're experiencing difficulty locating all your notes on your iPad, even though you've synced your files.

To assist you better, could you please provide the following information:

    1. Is this a personal account or a work/school account provided by your organization?
    2. Are you signed in with the correct Microsoft account on your iPad?
    3. Have you recently changed devices or restored from a backup?
    4. Are the missing notes visible when you access your account from another device or via a web browser?
    5. Have you checked if the notes are stored in a different section, notebook, or folder?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

    • Restart your iPad to refresh the app and sync process.
    • Open the app and manually trigger a sync (usually found in the settings or by pulling down on the notes list).
    • Visit OneNote Online or Outlook.com from a browser to see if your notes appear there.

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to guide you through the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

    Looking forward to your response.
