You can use the ShowKeyPlus app on your device to view the installed product key (if your device is functioning properly).

- If your SSD failed, you can plug in a new SSD in your computer.
- Reinstall Windows and sign in with the same Microsoft account that has the digital license.
- If the PC did not activate automatically, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Troubleshoot. (Run the Activation Troubleshooter).
- Select "I changed Hardware recently" to activate Windows on your new SSD.
