    Hi, good day!

Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files. https://support.microsoft.com/windows/using-system-file-checker-in-windows-365e0031-36b1-6031-f804-8fd86e0ef4ca

After that, please try to Turn on .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows Features

    Hello,

Try the DISM method to enable .NET Framework 3.5 on your system.

    -Download Windows 11 ISO file.

    -Mount it to DVD drive.

-Go to sources > sxs folder.

    -Copy sxs folder to C:\Temp.

-Run following command in admin Windows PowerShell:

    dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:c:\temp\sxs /LimitAccess

    Please refer following step-by-step guide:
