For two years we have been using T4s in US East region as spots. Over the last month, we are not able to get any spots for days. The error we keep getting is provisioning failed. How is it possible to have this error for days, is there anyone else having the same issues?

    Hey there, maryam torshizi

This could be caused when there is no availability in the selected region. This will prevent you from deploying the resource in that region. Another reason may be down to your subscription. If you have already deployed a few resources/VMs in that region, it may be that you have met your quota and are unable to deploy more for that region.

Does this work when you select a different region?

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
