My computer is not letting me use office 365 version up to date microsoft word. It says I need to activate my account. My Office 365 program download I get from my school for free. It will not allow me to use my school account to sign in or activate my downloaded programs.
My error code is 80090030. Please help. I'd very much like to use the applications I spent all day downloading.

Please sign your school account in www.office.com/signin to check what Office 365 business product or license do you have. Could you please also provide us the screenshots of error messages?
