Bing Places for Business Pending Publishing for over 7 weeks

I am trying to create a listing for Bing Places for Business. I already have listing on Google My Business. Bing Places synced the entire data with Google. It says that Verification is done and is pending publication.

The issue is - The pending Publication has been pending for over 7 weeks. It says that Publishing ETA is 7 - 12 days. Not sure, how to go forward on this.

Would appreciate more details on this.

    You should be able to create a Support incident when you are signed in at BingPlaces.com. If you have issues with that route, you can email Placesfeedback at Microsoft dot com but they will not have the account detail they need to help with your specific business unless you are using the email address you use to sign in to Bing Places.Note Bing does not have a single support channel but rather they offer consumer support as outlined in the following page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-report-a-concern-or-contact-bing-1831f0fe-3c4d-46ae-8e57-16c487715729
