My daughter has a microsoft account tied to an xbox account. She has a nintendo switch account as well. We bought minecraft on the switch and logged in through the microsoft account and everything was working. Everything has been fine and working since christmas. Then Monday, when trying to login, it says "Drowned". We have checked the password, we have uninstalled and re-installed. We have reset cashe data. We have tried signing in from airplane mode, then singing out. We have tried every fix that you can find on You Tube for the last 4 years with the same error code. I am not sure what else to do at this point.
