    Hello Shahin Golsari,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Q&A. I understand how concerning it is when you are stuck in a repetitive login loop, and I appreciate you sharing your concern here.

This remoteconnect loop usually happens when the web browser on your phone or computer is affected by old login cookies, or if it is attempting to sign you into a different Microsoft account in the background.

Please try these methods to resolve the issue:

Method 1: Use an "InPrivate" or "Incognito" Window

    • On the phone or computer you are using to enter the code, open your web browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.).
    • Open a New InPrivate Window (Edge) or New Incognito Tab (Chrome/Safari).
    • In that private window, go to the link provided on your TV or console screen (usually microsoft.com/link).
    • Enter the code and log in with your email and password.

Method 2: Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies

    • Go to your browser's Settings, find the Privacy and Security section, and select Clear browsing data
    • Choose to clear Cookies and other site data
    • Once cleared, restart the browser and try entering the code again.

Method 3: Check the Time and Date Settings

    • Go into the system settings of the device you are trying to log into.
    • Ensure the Date, Time, and Time Zone are set to "Automatic" or synced via the internet.
    • Restart the device and try the login process one more time.

I hope this information helps you successfully link your account. Please let me know if you need further assistance or if these steps worked for you.
