Unfortunately, no — once a code is redeemed to a Microsoft account, Microsoft's policy is that the funds are non-transferable. They're locked to that account and can't be moved to another account, refunded, or converted to cash.

If the redemption was very recent (within the last few hours or day), a support agent may be able to reverse it as a one-time courtesy, especially if you explain it was a mistake. Go to support.microsoft.com and start a live chat — phone or chat agents have more flexibility than the automated systems. Be polite and upfront that it was an accidental redemption.

Microsoft account balance and redeemed gift card funds are non-transferable once added to an account. After a Microsoft or Xbox gift card, download code, or token is redeemed to a Microsoft account, the balance can only be used from that account and cannot be moved or reassigned to another person’s account.

To use the funds, sign in to the account where the code was redeemed and spend the balance in Microsoft Store online, on Windows, or on Xbox for apps, games, movies, TV, or eligible devices (depending on region).

If the wrong code was purchased (for example, the wrong type of card), contact the retailer where it was bought, as only the retailer may be able to help with a purchase error.
