Turn off bitlocker

I'm in a loop with bitblocker. I do not need it. Please provide step by step about how to turn off bitlocker.

    1. Open the search bar on your taskbar, type Manage BitLocker, and press Enter.
    2. Find the drive you want to decrypt (usually the C: drive) and click Turn off BitLocker.
    3. Confirm your choice by clicking Turn off BitLocker or Decrypt drive in the pop-up window.
    4. Wait for the decryption to finish. Keep your computer turned on and plugged into power until the process is complete.
