request for refund

Question

A while ago, I signed up for the free trial because I needed Excel for a university project. I used my own bank card for the trial, but the Microsoft account I used was on my friend’s laptop, so I didn’t receive the reminder email about the subscription renewal. Unfortunately, we completely forgot to cancel the trial before it renewed. Today I noticed that €99 was charged to my card. I truly did not intend to purchase the annual subscription. I am a university student, and this money is part of the rent money my parents sent me. It is a significant amount for my family, and I honestly cannot afford this charge. I sincerely apologize for the mistake, and I would be extremely grateful if you could cancel my Microsoft 365 subscription and issue a refund for the €99 charge. I would really appreciate your understanding and any help you can provide.
