"Start Using MS 365 Apps" Button Faik

I am attempting to install a family license for MS 365 on my iPad. I at the page that says "Start using Microsoft 365 apps" I tap the button and nothing happens.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

That button may be failing in the browser, but you can still install the apps directly.

Please open the App Store on the iPad and install Microsoft 365 Copilot, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint manually. Then sign in using the Microsoft account that has the Microsoft 365 Family license, or the account that accepted the Family sharing invite.

    I don't understand how I won't be charged again for apps I have purchased. Word shows up in the App Store ready to download. The others say "Get" which, to my experience, means I will charged.
