Hello, Microsoft team. Ive recently redeemed for 1k Robux but when I was verifying, it errored. I did all of the steps, scanned the code from my tab, and input the code to verify. I lost 16k+ worth of my points and I did not receive any codes for my Robux. It just suddenly errored even if I did all of the steps correctly. Please help, thank you.

    Hi Lu Mi,

Please check your Microsoft Rewards Redemption History first:

    1. Go to https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the redemption.
    3. Look for the 1,000 Robux reward you redeemed.
    4. Check its status:
      • Completed: Open the order and look for the gift code or the email containing the code.
      • In Progress/Pending: Wait for processing to complete.
      • Canceled/Failed: Take a screenshot and contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

Since you mentioned that your points were deducted but no Robux code was provided after the verification step failed, the order status in Redemption History will help determine whether the reward was successfully issued, is still pending, or needs support intervention.

If the reward does not appear correctly in Redemption History, then I have to say sorry that the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level. You should contact Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance.
