Hello, I am having trouble using Azure tools. I have a project due with Microsoft Visio, and I cannot get my student status verified. Everytime I click on verify, it brings me back to the same page where it says I am not verified.

    Dear @Adolfo Figueroa,

Based on the behavior you described, it appears that the Azure for Students verification process may not be completing successfully, even though the verification page continues to loop back to the "not verified" status.

First, may I kindly ask if you are still able to use your school email account normally (for example, signing in to your email or Microsoft services)? If your school email is working properly and the issue still persists, I would recommend reaching out to your school’s IT department or Microsoft 365 administrator. They can help verify whether your institution is properly enrolled and recognized within the Azure for Students program.

If you’re not sure who your IT administrator is, you can refer to the guidance below: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Next, please try the following steps:

    1. Try in a clean browser session

    • If you're using Chrome: Select Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings. Clear Block third-party cookies and site data.
    • If you're using Microsoft Edge: Select Settings > View advanced settings > Cookies > Don't block cookies.
    • Ensure third-party cookies are allowed in your browser settings.

For reference: Troubleshoot issues when you sign up for a new account in the Azure portal

    2. If the issue persists

    • Please provide the exact error message, the step where the verification process fails, and the browser you're using.
    • If possible, include a screenshot of the page showing the verification loop.
    • Contact Azure for Education Support for further investigation and a manual eligibility review: Azure for Education Support.
    • Alternatively, if you can access the Azure portal, you may submit a support request through Help + Support.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation. Please feel free to reply below if you have any update or further concern.

I am looking forward to your response!
