Office Online Server (But offline)

Im trying to install office online server on a offline server. But have trouble doing it, as some of the package below, you need to be online. So is there a way to download them, copy them to my USB and run them offline. Iknow you can use "-Source C:\location" maybe .cab,iso or so on?

    You will want to grab the Windows Server 2016 ISO and mount it. You can then use the -Source:D:\sources\sxs where D: is the drive letter of the mounted ISO.
