I have tried to change the language to English in ms. word for maybe 5 times and it still cant be change. What should i do? 
Your screen shot already shows English as the default choice. What is the problem you're having?
Noo I've click ok and restart the office, its still in Indonesian
Download a language accessory pack for some flavor of English via https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/language-accessory-pack-for-office-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f.
Installing the language pack will install both proofing tools and the user interface language, and the installation process will look very similar to (re-)installing Office.

I have the same issue. English is set as the main language yet the main office language is still in Russian. No matter how many times I download the language pack, the result is the same. It says Command not Supported
You should be able to download the appropriate language accessory pack from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/language-accessory-pack-for-microsoft-365-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f . In particular, make sure that you download 32 bit if your Office installation is 32 bit (nowadays, the default is 64 bit, assuming that Windows is 65 bit, though).
If possible, ensure that you set the display language in Windows so that it is the same as your desired default Office proofing language.
