    1) First navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center and select "Show All"
    2) After selecting "Show All", proceed to choose the Azure Active Directory under Admin Centers.
    3) Select Azure Active Directory, and then "Properties" and then on the bottom of the window, click on "Manage Security defaults".
    4) Under "Enable Security defaults", select Yes and then Save.

    The next time you sign into your Microsoft 365/ Office 365 account you will be prompted to set up authentication on your phone.
