CNAME Loop detected error

I am getting the following error when trying to capture a user state using MDT.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    The CNAME loop error is a generic error, in order to find out what is going on, check the log file for the task sequence. That is in C:\Windows\Temp\DeploymentLogs and you may find the root cause.
