Availability of winsat formal features on the server

If you refer to the following page, you can see that it supports up to windows server 2016.
I believe windows server 2019 has the command on board, but is it not officially supported by windows server 2019?

I would like to use it as windows server 2019 if it is OK as a function, please answer.

1. do you want to implement on window server 2019 vm or window server 2019 physical machine ?
2. can you enter winver in command prompt on your w2019 then look the os version? is it server 2019 standard ?
3. there is a document for your reference so that you can test it on test w2019 environment .
