Can I display Site permissions option in Site settings in modern site

I want to vusible the siter permissions in the user and permissions option in site settings in modern site

    This is by design. If we use a site without M365 group or communication site, then we will see site permissions in site settings:

    However if we use a team site with M365 group, we could only set site permissions here:
