Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have a few computers where the Teams would pop up the TPM has malfunctioned error frequently, like it can appear more than once a week. We would resolve it and the issue would reappear again.

I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

Based on the error message, the issue seems related to Trusted Platform Module(TPM). It recommends you try to check whether your TPM works correctly. You try to back up your data and clear TPM. It will reset your security processor to its default settings. For your reference:
