Troubles connecting VMware vCenter to Azure Arc

I tried to follow the instructions here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-arc/vmware-vsphere/quick-start-connect-vcenter-to-arc-using-script

For this I built a vSphere environment 6.7.0 U3.

When running the script and explicitly deploying the appliance, I get the following message:

"A general system error occurred: missing vmsn file".

I can already rule out this cause - see the folowing link:
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/67315

I would appreciate any help or a tip on what I can do further.

Thanks @SwathiDhanwada-MSFT for making me aware of the issue.

@Thomas Bründl as part of the onboarding, a snapshot is created along with the VM template for resource bridge. Looks like the snapshot might be missing or in a bad state.

Could you try these steps to do a clean re-run

    1. Delete the resource bridge template in your vCenter (it will be named according to your input to this prompt during onboarding)

    2. Run the onboarding script with the --force flag (this cleans up any previous state related to onboarding)
      resource-bridge-onboarding-script.ps1 --force
