Erro 403 ao tentar acessar uma pagina com a VM da Azure

Tenho uma Maquina Virtual windows 10 pro criada pelo azure e quando tento entrar nesse site https://sso.acesso.gov.br/login?client_id=comprasnet.gov.br&authorization_id=180ce90cc4f dá erro 403

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues while accessing website from Azure VM.

Please note that It can be issue with the destination Website it self.

1. On your Azure VM try to install Chrome browser and try to access this website.
2. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
3. Please try to access this website on your Local computer and see if you are getting same error.

The issue occurs on any machine with internet output to Azure. Test with machines in different regions and the problem is the same

Olá, boa tarde! Espero que se encontre bem.

Tive o mesmo problema e a solução foi uma VPN, pois o erro ocorre aparentemente devido ao IP ser da Azure de uma máquina virtual. Por questões de segurança ele recusa esse tipo de IP.

Hi,

403 means 'access denied'. Can you clear all cookies and try again?

Alternatively, you can open an anonymous window in browser.
