Cluster Service Stopped

Hello,

After installing failover manager ..Cluster service is got disabled ..When I tried to start and set to automatic getting below error. Any suggestion? Event ID attached . This is my test lab. OS 2019

The Cluster service cannot be started. An attempt to read configuration data from the Windows registry failed with error '2'. Please use the Failover Cluster Management snap-in to ensure that this machine is a member of a cluster. If you intend to add this machine to an existing cluster use the Add Node Wizard. Alternatively, if this machine has been configured as a member of a cluster, it will be necessary to restore the missing configuration data that is necessary for the Cluster Service to identify that it is a member of a cluster. Perform a System State Restore of this machine in order to restore the configuration data.

File exist and these node were never part of cluster. They are newer machine. I installed the 2019 OS and added machine into domain then installed Failover manager .When I was creating the cluster was not able to add server then I found service is showing disabled then I tried start and set to Automatic but service is not starting getting above error.

-Did you check if the file is corrupted?
-Have you tried to download the service file and run it again?
-Did you make any software or hardware change previously?
-Any 3rd party software running or antivirus change?

-Have you tried to download the service file and run it again? : Which service file you're referring. I re-installed the Failover manager but still there
-Did you make any software or hardware change previously? : No
-Any 3rd party software running or antivirus change? : No its test environment neither any antivirus not any third party application

-Did you check if the file is corrupted? : Windows files are not corrupted. Verified through DSIM
-Have you tried to download the service file and run it again? : I unistalled and resintall the Failover cluster but issue still there
-Did you make any software or hardware change previously? : this is new machine.
-Any 3rd party software running or antivirus change? no

The servers were never part of cluster. As soon as I installed the failover cluster role and server reboot. Cluster service is stopped and disabled if I am trying to start the service getting above error

Hi, I fixed the same problem using the CMDLET below.

Cluster Node "impacted node" /ForceCleanup (Command prompt as an administration)

Start-DatabaseAvailabilityGroup “DAG” –MailboxServer “impacted node” (Exchange Powershell to re-add the node back to Cluster)
