Hello,

I've enabled External Identities | External collaboration settings in Azure AD but I still can't share a file from a SharePoint Doc Library with anyone outside our organization or invite them to a Teams Meeting. Please see the screenshots and advise. Thanks in advance.

    Hi!

Please, see the Sharing Policy in the SharePoint Admin Center.
External access is different of External sharing, so you can configure the rules for content sharing in the SharePoint Admin Center.

    Hi!
Thank you for the new information.

Please check these documentation that cover all the scopes of sharing content with guests.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/microsoft-365-guest-settings?view=o365-worldwide

If you are sharing from a SPOnline site, review the sharing policies in the site settings tab, and if you are sharing from OneDrive, review the Onedrive user tab and see the Manage external sharing tab from the M365 admin center.

I hope this could help you!

    Best regards.

hi Innovate-4415 my name is Pedro Blanco I am willing to help you with your problem.

You must configure external collaboration in SharePoint Online Administrator, not in the Azure AD Dashboard.

    Solution :

    1. Open your admin center https://admin.microsoft.com/.
      1. in the admin panel menu select "Show All".217428-tempsnip.png217533-image.png
      2. in the menu select SharePoint 217551-tempsnip2.png
      3. in the SharePoint Online Menu Select "Policies">"Sharing" 217542-tempsnip4.png
      4. into Sharing Policies modified de external colaboration Permisions. 217449-tempsnip5.png

If your problem persists, it means that the SharePoint site policy as such is what is restricting you.

Please tell me if the solution has worked for you and mark it in your topic, otherwise I will continue here to help you with your problem.
