GPU acceleration causing Logitech c922x webcam not to work in Microsoft Teams on Win10?

My webcam isn't working with Microsoft Teams when GPU acceleration is turned on, and without hardware acceleration the camera looks ... well, not like a $200 webcam.

I have a Nvidia 2060 with the latest software update, a Logitech c922x webcam, and Windows 10 build 19041.

The webcam works and looks great with any other task, but I can't use it in my classes for school in the middle of a global pandemic, just my luck.

Is this issue mainly with Teams or my Nvidia drivers ... and is there hopefully a fix on the horizon?

    Hi @Clay A ,

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

Can your Teams recognize your webcam device well if you enable GPU acceleration?

We recommend you try to use Teams web client to see if webcam can work normally. If there is no issue, it may be related to Teams client itself. You can tick the “disable GPU acceleration” in Teams setting and restart your Teams client to see if it can be fixed.
