DES MOINES, Iowa -- Darden Restaurants Inc. Wednesday said it had
replaced the head of Red Lobster, its biggest chain, after an all-you-can-eat crab
promotion went awry.

Funny, but I just heard ads again for the all-you-can-eat crab promotion. So much for learning from mistakes :-)Actually I heard that the problem was that the promotion launched at the same time as a market shortage and they ended up with the short end.
