Virtual PC is an absolute-must-have tool for MicroISVs as it allows you to run both [a] many different operating systems for testing and [b] with it's undo-disk features, you can have a 'clean OS' with whatever tools and supporting apps you want pre-loaded, that 'boots' into a known state time-after-time. This second environment is absolutely priceless when testing installers!
