Steve Clayton spotted this article on some insight into Microsoft's investments in b uilding data centres. As this next few week's announcements come out (starting at WPC) around our Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) I think may people will begin to understand the scale of the investment and the scale of the strategy behind software+services. One line in this article gives away a staggering statistic: "Such flexibility is a necessity when you're adding more than 10,000 servers a month to your worldwide infrastructure." Wow !

After WPC the next big announcements after WPC will be at PDC in October.
