To get the Windows Explorer started with "Computer" instead of the libraries view, edit the properties of Windows Explorer. Set the target of the Windows Explorer to "%windir%\explorer.exe /root,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}"

Did you try substituting "C:Windows" (or applicable location) for "%WinDir%?
