I’m asked regularly on what type of training is needed to start a career in SharePoint, and although I hate to say it… “it depends”. I put together a quick learning roadmap, that will lead an individual with some IT experience but zero SharePoint experience, to being certified on SharePoint. It doesn’t come with a stamp of approval, but in my opinion would work well for someone who has a limited budget and a desire to start working with SharePoint technologies.
1. Start to explore SharePoint

2. Start training
