I use codelib to manage any info that I come across from code snippets to pictures to web pages. It's free and can be downloaded from
http://dotnet.4all.cc
Most of the pages are in Chinese, but the app is in english (once you get it downloaded) - Anonymous

I read the RSS using Newsgator and use Outlook 2003's search folders and color coded flags -- work pretty well for me.
