IWMSServer.OSProductType (C#)

The OSProductType property retrieves the operating system product type that Windows Media Services is running on.

Syntax

  WMS_OS_PRODUCT_TYPE 
  = 
  IWMSServer
  .OSProductType;

Property Value

A member of a WMS_OS_PRODUCT_TYPE enumeration type. This must be one of the following values.

Value	Description
WMS_OS_PRODUCT_SERVER	Windows Media Services is running on Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition or on Windows Server 2008 Standard.
WMS_OS_PRODUCT_ADVANCED	Windows Media Services is running on Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition or on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise.

Remarks

This property is read-only.
