IWMSContentDescriptionList.GetPlaylistGenid (Visual Basic .NET)
The GetPlaylistGenid method is reserved for internal use.

pdwPlaylistGenerationId
Reference to a UInt32 containing the playlist generation ID.
Return Values
This method does not return a value.
Remarks
The server generates an ID when it starts playing a media item. The method is used internally by control protocol plug-ins when they select streams.
