When trying to save changes in an excel file, I get a message "You are no longer connected to the file. Another user may have removed you from it, or saved over it."

I keep getting a message when I try to make any changes to a shared excel file. The message says, " You are no longer connected to this file. ANother user may have removed you from it, or saved over it." I have saved changes in this file before this and have started facing this issue lately. Please help and guide in resolving it in a way so that I am able to make changes in this shared file the same way as before and as my other team mates are able to.
Thanks

    Hi @Kaur, Jaspreet ,
How did you open the file? Did you open the Workbook from OneDrive?
Did this problem only appear in specific file?
Is this a shared file from other user?
First try to check if the account is login successfully, you can sign out and re-sign in.
Then check if the file is expired.
You can also refer to this support article and check if you can get any information from it:
