Why I received this error "EV code signing certificate not recognized"

I have purchase the EV Code Signing Certificate > Completed the Certificate Generation Steps and when I tried to sing my software, I get this error as the "EV code signing certificate is not recognized".

Can any one help me what is the real issue and how I can fix it.

Have you tried updating the signing command to new cert standards?

I would also suggest you create a support request for quicker action from the Microsoft team to have a look into this.
