Where is this template? I have updated the VS and installed all needed content? Where is the template project promised in this article? How can i get it?

Any update? Was your problem solved?
Probably you did not install the "Mobile Development with C++" workload and the "C++ iOS development tools" and "C++ Android development tools" individual components, mentioned in documentation. Use the Visual Studio Installer to check this and to modify the installation.

To get the OpenGL ES templates, and to build for iOS, include the optional C++ iOS development tools.
Please check the visual studio installer.

I am up-to-date with Visual Studio Community 2022. There used to be a template for ios, android, win opengles cross-platform mobile development. Now all that that template supports is iOS. What's up with that? See previous comment by Minxin Yu.
I've repaired, installed components/tools and reinstalled ad nauseam, but nothing changes. I have all the prereqs as well.

Same here where is the opengles sample ? the rotating cube, I have installed everithing possible and nothing.I was so disapointed that I stopped VS for a while,
I juste installed the last version of VS communty 2022 and all I have is a sample diplaying an edit text with hello word and it even doesnt work I have an error :
