What is the "User Manager Group" in Azure Stack HCI 22H2 Used For?

Does anyone know what the role called "User Manager Group" is used for in Azure Stack HCI 22H2? I searched microsoft.com and nothing comes up about it.

    Thanks for your question. The User Manager Group (a Failover Cluster role) enables WAC to manage the cluster from user accounts in Azure AAD. We are going to add this to our documentation.
