No updates data on Azure Update management

servers 2019 and linux are showing on update management as "No Updates data" after a weekend scheduled policy to download and install updates.
- what it means?

The fix is to totally remove and reinstall the Arc agent, or sometimes just reset the update extension but the issue comes back within 24 hours, this happens on Linux and Windows machines, Azure Update Manager is essentially useless as I spent more time trying to get it to work than I would manually updating servers.
