There was a known issue with the provisioning of FHIR service starting 19 Jun 2023 20:00 UTC that caused this and our product team has deployed a hotfix to prevent the issue. However, additional work/hotfix is being done for full recovery and currently in progress. The communication has been sent to the affected FHIR customers and will post an update in this thread once this is fully mitigated. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issue.
