Data Migration from Azure FHIR Server to Azure Health Data Services - FHIR Service

Hi

I have huge amount of Data stored in Azure FHIR Server (https://github.com/microsoft/fhir-server).

I want to migrate all this data to Azure Health Data Services - FHIR Service.

Is this migrate operation possible. How to Transfer all the data ? Kindly let me know.

    I see that your question is related to migrating huge amount of data from Azure FHIR Server to Azure Health Data Services.

    Could you please confirm if you have explored the option to Export the data from Azure FHIR Server to Azure Datalake Storage? By using the bulk $export operation in the FHIR service, you can export data. Before you attempt to use $export, make sure that your FHIR service is configured to connect with an Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 account. Once the data is in Azure Datalake Storage, you can use the $import operation in Azure Health Data Services to import the data into the FHIR service.
