Hey, if you're using a VPN on your phone then disable it, then try to login.. I had this exact issue and it resolved when I tried disabling my Surfshark before trying the login! Good luck

I am unable to access my outlook school account, it always says "too many requests", does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I need to view my grades.
