When i opened outlook sometimes it showing logs.

    Does this issue occur in recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

    According to the log you provided, i notice that Microsoft outlook has been unable to synchronize with your exchange server. If you have enabled Cache Mode, it's suggested that you could turn off Cache Mode and switch to online mode to check if there're any differences.

    On the other hand, considering the impact of the corrupted data file or Outlook profile, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account to check if there are some differences.

    In addition, based on my research on the error "0X80040113", i found a similar thread as yours, which mentioned that it's useful to create EnableConflictLogging in registry edit. Please refer to this thread: Synchronization Log Email - General Question.

    (Note: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)
