Getting api error which is rare we are using azure key vault and running the commands in azure cloud still not supported api version who has to upgrade azure or me...getting stuck seriously with this please provide the suggestions to move forward.
cmd I used: az keyvault set-policy --name $kvname --object-id $spobjid --secret-permissions backup delete get list recover restore set
Note: I have provided $kvname and $spobjid values properly

The error message indicates that the API version you are using is not supported. You need to update the API version to a supported version.
Did you try to update your Azure CLI version to the latest version. You can do this by running the following command.
az upgrade
This will upgrade your Azure CLI to the latest version, which should support the latest API versions.

We have this issue on MS Azure devops public agents (ubuntu latest). I've tried to upgrade az, but it appears thtat it is the latest one. below you can find output:

Hi, I have faced the same issue even after az upgrade , It is resolved after adding --resource-group .
Hello, i'm facing a similar issue and when i add the --resource-group , i get an error stating <ERROR: unrecognized arguments: --resource-group>, any idea why ?

got the same error as well how were you able to fix @Ramoudi, Ines
@Tolulope Osude I had to update my version of AZ CLI if I remember correctly, but I was still receiving the same error until i omitted the resource-group argument. None of this makes sense, but it worked then.
