About Do not forward Encryption

I have applied Do not forward Encryption in my office file like excel and send it to via outlook then can the recepient able to print the file after download?

As I know Do not forward option is for restrict print, copy and forward Right?

Can anyone help me in this case

Sometimes they overlook including the important person in the cc loop.

The request email also needs to be printed as proof.

Yes. Recipients can't forward the email, print it, or copy from it. For example, in the Outlook client, the Forward button isn't available, the Save As and Print menu options aren't available, and you can't add or change recipients in the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes. However, the recipient can open the email, and it is not excluded that the recipient can print the email by other methods.

But my issue has not solve yet
according to your answer if we applied do not forward option to file the recipients cannot print it right neither the save as option will available
But according to my verification I can able to save the file and after saving it I can able to print it out
I have tried with different tenant but the result was same for all the tenant so If MS Docs was saying that we cannot print , copy and forward a do not forward encryption file then why am I able to do this ?
If The verification I have performed was the right process then MS docs has the wrong statement isnot it?

Thanks for your reply.

Your test is no problem. In the document it says that you can't forward the print, just the option to forward and print in the Outlook client is grayed out and not available. However, it does not prevent the recipient from accessing the content of the email and printing the message.
