    From your description, I know that you encountered an issue that IOS devices are compliant in Intune while not compliant in Azure AD.

    Based on my research, this was because the user did not login to the company portal app after setting up the device to "finish" the enrolment.

    We suggest that login to the company portal app and sync it and please ensure the user has Azure AD premium license and Intune license assigned, restart the device and wait some time to see if the compliance status will change in Azure AD.

    However, if the issue still persists, I think the issue may occur on the background when sync the status from Intune to Azure AD. Here, we suggest to open case to check in the background to help on this issue:
