WPAExporter.exe only exports CPU Usages by processes

I am using "wpaexporter.exe -i filename.etl -profile testProfile.wpaProfile -outputfolder extract -symbols -tti" to export wpa etl files, but only CPU_Usage_(Sampled)_Utilization_by_Process,_Stack.csv is exported.

After searching in google, I found some explanation but never success.

In the command window, a lot of error "Error: Duplicate start TraceLogging activity" occurs.

Is it caused by this error or wrong profile?

BTW, to analyze wpa etl file by code in our application, is wpaexporter.exe the best solution or any other SDK? I know there is Windows Performance Toolkit SDK but it looks like it is only for building plugins not independent application.
