redis VNET outbound port 443 to internet

we learned redis with VNET must allow 443 port's traffic to internet, we don't think it's safe, so I wanted to confirm if we can disable this rule after successfully creating the redis, or this rule must be enabled all the time during redis' life cycle ? thank you.
